How long do I have access to a course after purchase?
The length of access depends on the course or content. Some content, like program recordings, are typically only available for 1 year. However, standard courses may be available indefinitely. Check the details on the individual course page.
I have a question. How do I get support?
For the fastest response, please email any questions to info@su.org. Our customer support team will respond within 1-2 business days.
Will there be more courses in the future?
Yes! We're actively developing new content and courses based on Singularity programs. Our goal is to expand access to ongoing Singularity curriculum to anyone who may not be able to attend an in-person program.
Do you offer certifications?
Yes, but it depends on the content. If you're purchasing the recording of a program, such as The Future of Biotech, we do not offer a certification. However, if you're enrolling in an online course, we offer a Credly badge once you've completed the curriculum.
